Gantry Crane Manufacturing & Assembly

Açık stok sahaları, mermer depoları ve dış alan operasyonları için ayaklı vinç sistemleri. Yüksek taşıma kapasitesi, anahtar teslim montaj.

Capacity: 1 ton - 300 ton

Gantry cranes are leg-supported crane systems that stand on their own legs and are independent of the plant roof. They offer an ideal solution for open storage yards, port operations, marble depots and outdoor production lines. Kale Vinç Sistemleri manufactures custom-sized gantry cranes according to the customer's site geometry and operation profile.

They are engineered in full gantry (both legs on rails) or semi-gantry (one end resting on a wall console) configurations. Span, height and rail length are customized to the site requirements. The capacity range can be extended from 1 ton up to 300 tons; it has been successfully applied at 50+ ton capacities in iron-steel depots and marble cutting facilities.

It is delivered site-ready in knock-down form; the Kale Vinç field team performs assembly, power line installation, ground rail calibration and commissioning tests. Delivered turnkey with a 2-year warranty.

Frequently Asked Questions

In what environments are gantry cranes used?

In open areas where there is no plant roof or the roof cannot bear load. They are the ideal solution for marble depots, iron-steel storage yards, port operations and outdoor production lines.

What is the difference between full gantry and semi-gantry?

A full gantry rests both legs on ground rails and is independent. A semi-gantry moves on a ground rail on one side and on a wall/structure console on the other; it is an economical choice for sites with a structure on one side.
