How Is an Overhead Crane Installed?
A professional overhead crane installation consists of the following stages:

- 2Runway rail installation: Beam or bracket type rail supports are mounted to suit the roof structure.
- 3Bridge and girder assembly: The main bridge is set onto the rail and fixed by welding or bolted connection.
- 4Electrical and control system installation: The panel, motors, limit switches and control box are commissioned.
- 5Load test and commissioning: Standard lifting at nominal load, a dynamic test at 1.10× and a static test at 1.25× of rated load are performed.
- 6Certification and handover: A certificate of conformity to TSE standards is issued and handed over to facility management.

Removal (dismantling) is required during relocation, overhaul or equipment renewal. Safe removal steps:
